  • Note: We work with logistics companies that use Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight shipping for our agricultural equipment deliveries. Typically, a 53' truck is used, but for locations with limited access, please contact us before buying.

If you are not sure, please send us email to support@sigmapowers.com and we will get back to you asap.

Large and heavy equipment ships by LTL freight. Handling time is typically 1–3 business days after we confirm your delivery address and any access requirements with you, with an estimated 3–7 business days in transit after carrier pickup. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer, in rare cases up to 10 business days or more.

Deliveries are usually made by a 53' truck. Please contact us before ordering if your location has limited access, cannot accommodate a full-size freight truck, or if you're unsure whether your area may experience longer transit times.

Buyer is responsible for unloading. If a liftgate is needed, it must be requested at the time of purchase. An $80 liftgate fee charged by the freight carrier will apply.

Additional freight charges may apply to Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Washington, and other locations that are far from our Miami warehouse or otherwise considered remote by the carrier.

LTL delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories.

1. How to Start a Return
Because return freight costs for large and heavy equipment can be substantial, we strongly recommend confirming compatibility with your equipment before ordering. If you're unsure whether an item will fit your application, please contact us before ordering it. We’re happy to help.

Please contact us by email within 30 days of delivery before returning any LTL shipment. We will review the request, confirm eligibility, and provide return instructions.
Do not arrange or send any freight return without prior authorization. Unauthorized freight returns may be refused.

2. Freight Damage
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for delivery. If there is any damage to the packaging, pallet, or equipment, you must take photos and note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or proof of delivery (POD) at the time of delivery, before signing.
Damage claims for shipments signed for as received in good condition, with no damage noted on the POD, may not be accepted.

3. Non-Defective Returns
Returns for items ordered incorrectly, no longer needed, or returned due to a change of mind must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return LTL freight charges. Return freight for large equipment is determined by the carrier based on shipment size, weight, distance, accessorial services, and destination. As a general reference, return freight may cost approximately $150–$500 or more, though actual charges vary and this range is provided for reference only.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies, which may be waived at our discretion.
  • Original freight, handling, liftgate, and other accessorial charges are non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized freight returns may be refused.
  • 4. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused for reasons other than documented freight damage or our shipping error, the customer may be responsible for the original and return freight charges, as well as any applicable restocking fee.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally processed within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
