• PAIRING REQUIRED: The replacement remote control must be paired with your generator before use. Please follow your generator's instructions to complete the pairing process.

Please note it is a ready-to-use remote control with battery included.

How to pair the remote control:

1. Push the Engine/Battery Switch to the RUN (ON) position.
2. Push and hold the Engine Start /Stop Switch for 10 seconds until the Switch Indicator Light flashes green, then release the Switch.

Please Note: Some customers reported that you need to hold the button longer until the light turns green, then release it.

3. Push the 2x button on the Stop/Start Remote Control. It will pair with Generator and the Switch Indicator Light on the Generator will stop flashing.

     Please Note：The pairing instructions above may not work for all models, as generator models are updated frequently. If you have trouble pairing the remote control, please send us a message with your generator brand and model number, and we will do our best to help.

Expedited shipping options, including Overnight and 2-Day shipping, may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

1. How to Start a Return
Please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order before returning any item. We will confirm your eligibility and send instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item, please email us with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will cover the return shipping cost, if a return is required, and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Defective Returns
If you ordered the wrong part, no longer need the item, or simply changed your mind, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Used or installed items are generally not eligible for return.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• A 15% restocking fee applies, which may be waived at our discretion.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds
Refunds are normally issued within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
