Please Note:

It is recommended to replace the capacitor with one that has the exact same uF and Voltage ratings. 

A higher voltage rating can burn out connected devices, while a lower voltage rating can cause malfunction or damage. 

The uF rating determines the capacitor's ability to store and release electrical energy. If it's too high, the generator may operate inefficiently, and if it's too low, voltage regulation may be insufficient. 

Matching both ratings is crucial for safe and reliable operation.

Standard shipping rates generally apply to addresses within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories.

Expedited shipping options, including Overnight and 2-Day shipping, may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

1. How to Start a Return
Please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order before returning any item. We will confirm your eligibility and send instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item, please email us with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will cover the return shipping cost, if a return is required, and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Defective Returns
If you ordered the wrong part, no longer need the item, or simply changed your mind, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Used or installed items are generally not eligible for return.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• A 15% restocking fee applies, which may be waived at our discretion.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds
Refunds are normally issued within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
