Please note that: 

This fuel tank is a direct replacement for most 5KW–7KW diesel generators (many of which are discontinued).

The tank holds approximately 3.6 to 3.8 gallons (often marketed as 4 gallons). However, generator manuals typically require leaving some empty space in the tank, so it should not be filled completely.

If your project requires a true 4-gallon usable capacity, this tank will not meet that requirement.

We primarily use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Most orders are shipped using standard carrier services, and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Standard shipping rates generally apply to addresses within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories.

Expedited shipping options, including Overnight and 2-Day shipping, may be available at checkout for an additional charge.

1. How to Start a Return
Please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order before returning any item. We will confirm your eligibility and send instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item, please email us with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will cover the return shipping cost, if a return is required, and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Defective Returns
If you ordered the wrong part, no longer need the item, or simply changed your mind, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Used or installed items are generally not eligible for return.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• A 15% restocking fee applies, which may be waived at our discretion.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds
Refunds are normally issued within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
