Ensure you have an inverter generator—this will not work on a traditional gas generator. Also, confirm that your OEM ignition coil has two wires. If you have a single-wire ignition coil, do not choose ours. Our ignition coil is only compatible with generators featuring CO Alert.

Please note: Harbor Freight's Predator 9500 inverter generators come from two different OEM manufacturers, so some parts may not be interchangeable. Be sure to check the size guide and verify that this ignition coil and spark plug is compatible with your generator before ordering.

1. How to Start a Return
Please contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order before returning any item. We will confirm your eligibility and send instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or refused.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item, please email us with your order number and photos showing the issue.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will cover the return shipping cost, if a return is required, and either provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Defective Returns
If you ordered the wrong part, no longer need the item, or simply changed your mind, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. Used or installed items are generally not eligible for return.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• A 15% restocking fee applies, which may be waived at our discretion.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds
Refunds are normally issued within 2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.
